The main components of the vertical parting box-less injection molding line
The vertical separation box-less injection molding line mainly consists of the molding main machine and auxiliary machines such as the sand feeding machine, the translation-type core setting machine (optional), the synchronous clamping/supporting conveyor, and the synchronous cooling conveyor.
Molding mainframe: It adopts the principle of injection compression compaction for molding and simultaneously completes the demolding, closing and pushing operations.
Quick template replacement device: Enables rapid template exchange (optional).
Translation-type core-setting machine: Enables rapid and accurate online synchronous core-setting (optional).
Synchronous clamping/supporting conveyor: It is synchronized with the main machine to complete the mold transportation during the pouring and cooling process. Clamping conveying is suitable for conveying small sand molds, while supporting conveying can effectively improve the conveying accuracy of large sand molds and reduce equipment wear.
Synchronous belt cooler: According to the different cooling times of the castings, it is synchronized with the clamping/supporting conveyor to extend the conveying time of the sand mold.
