Slewing Regeneration Machine

The regeneration machine is a key piece of equipment in the resin sand line. It adopts the principle of vortex regeneration and mainly uses the rubbing between old sand particles to achieve the purpose of demolding and shaping the sand particles. Meanwhile, the old sand automatically forms a cushion layer for the machine basin in the regeneration basin to protect it from wear. A sturdy sand flow impact plate is installed on the outside to complete the secondary regeneration of the sand. A throttling plate is added on the outside of the regeneration basin. It can effectively ensure the reliable regeneration of sand, and the sand breaks less during the regeneration process, with better roundness of the sand grains. The regenerated old sand effectively reduces the amount of liquid material added. A secondary air separation mechanism is installed at the bottom, which can discharge the inert film and dust in the regenerated sand.

The regeneration machine is a two-stage regeneration mechanism. The old sand regenerated at the top automatically flows into the regeneration machine basin at the bottom. After the second-stage regeneration, the old sand flows into the air separator section.
