Vibration Compaction Table

The three-dimensional vibrating table is a new product designed by our company in response to the continuous development of resin sand and sodium silicate sand casting technology.
< 1 > Base: Supports and connects all parts.
< 2 > Roller conveyor frame: It can be used for conveying various types of cast billet molds and sand boxes.
< 3 > Vibration platform: It rises during operation and transmits the vibration force to the sand box, generating high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration, which increases the flow and compactness of the molding sand.
< 4 > Vibrating motor: The excitation source for high-frequency and low-amplitude vibration.
< 5 > Air pressure spring: Supports the lifting and lowering of the vibrating platform and keeps the platform surface stable.
< 6 > Vibration stage air circuit system: Controls the inflation or venting of the air pressure spring.
