Pneumatic conveying
Pneumatic conveying equipment is a type of fluid pipeline conveying system. In the foundry industry, it mostly uses compressed air as power to compress materials and then send them into the conveying pipeline to be pressed to the unloading location. It is suitable for medium and long-distance conveying. When used in the regeneration of resin sand, it can also play a certain role in regenerating the sand. The conveying rate ranges from 5t/h to 40t/h. The pneumatic conveying device has a simple structure and is easy to operate. It can be used for conveying in horizontal, vertical or inclined directions.

It is suitable for decentralized transportation from one place to several places. That is, there is one feeding point, while there can be one or several discharging points.
Under positive pressure, materials are not easy to enter the conveying pipe, so the structure of the feeding device is relatively complex
Under positive pressure conditions, materials can be easily discharged from the discharge port, so the structure of the separator and dust collector is simple and generally does not require a locking air device.
The air compressor is located at the beginning of the system and has a low requirement for the degree of air purification.
