The vibrating shakeout machine adopts the vibration motor excitation method. Two vibrating motors are installed on the side wall of the shakeout machine and rotate synchronously in opposite directions, generating linear vibration. The direction of the resultant force of the excitation force is perpendicular to the upper plane of the grid plate, forming a single-body structure, which promotes the separation of the sand box from the molding sand, the separation of the casting from the molding sand, and the crushing of the sand mass.
The body of the shakeout machine is welded together with side plates, welded I-beams, welded T-shaped crossbeams, seamless steel pipes, vibrating motor base plates, grid plates, etc. All steel plates are cut by CNC cutting machines. The welding materials of the welded parts, the blanking and forming of the parts, the appearance quality, dimensional deviation and shape and position deviation, as well as the dimensions of the welded joints and weld seams, comply with the provisions of JB/T 6575-2006 shakeout Machine.
After the overall assembly and welding of the shakeout machine body is completed, annealing treatment is carried out to eliminate internal stress. After annealing treatment, the vibration motor installation bases at both ends are machined. And the parallelism of the two base plate planes complies with the provisions of JB/T 6575-2006 shakeout Machine.
