Use
Hook shot blasting cleaning machines are specially designed for meeting users' specific process requirements. With the purpose of removing sand, dirt, rust, and oxide scale on the surface of complex workpieces, the surface of the workpiece is smooth and metallic. At the same time, it can improve the surface fracture resistance, reduce the internal stress of the workpiece, and clean and strengthen the surface of the workpiece, thereby providing good conditions for the subsequent inspection, flaw detection, coating and other processes.
Working principle of this unit
1. When the preparation work is completed, start the dust collector, separator, hoist, and screw conveyor in order;
2. Open the door, hoist the workpiece on the homemade workpiece, use an electric hoist to lift the workpiece to the predefined height upper limit position, and transport it to the shot blasting room;
3. The door of the shot blasting room is closed, and the proximity switch automatically detects whether the door is completely closed; after the shot blasting device is opened for 8S (if the door is not completely closed, the shot blasting device will not start), the ballast supply valve is opened, the rotation device is operated, and the workpiece can be rotated. According to the cleaning situation, the cleaning time can be set at any time on the control cabinet (the cleaning time must be set before the shot blasting work is opened). While rotating, the workpiece is subject to the impact and scraping of the powerful projectile flow beam from two shot blasting devices on one side, 360 degrees fully inclusive;
4. After the cleaning work is completed, close the supply valve and delay the 30S (to the blasting pipe and the steel balls in the shot blasting device are completely thrown out), close the shot blasting device until the shot blasting device is completely stopped (the air blades of the shot blasting motor can be judged. It is strictly forbidden to open the door before the shot blasting device is completely stopped to prevent the bullets from flying out and injuring people). Open the door. The cleaned workpiece is driven by the electric hoist and is transported to the shot blasting room to unload and load the material; the other group of lifted workpieces is waiting to enter the shot blasting room for cleaning, and the cycle is carried out.
5. After the cleaning work is completed, close the hook rotation device, screw conveyor, hoist, separator, dust collector, and close the door in turn. Press the pulse backblowing button on the electrical control cabinet panel, pulse backblowing the dust collector for about 15 minutes and then cut off the main power supply.
