The wear parts of high, medium and low chromium and high manganese steel that are matched with shot blasting machines, sand treatment, gas cylinder equipment, etc. The wear resistance of shot blasting machines reaches or exceeds the foreign level of the same period.

The wear-resistant spare parts produced by our factory have excellent appearance quality and a long wear-resistant service life. In the production of wear-resistant materials, it is necessary to attach importance to and adopt process measures for purifying wear-resistant materials to improve and enhance the metallurgical quality of grain boundaries in wear-resistant castings, thereby further improving the comprehensive mechanical properties and service life of wear-resistant castings.

 

The purification process measures that can be implemented in production to improve the service life of shot blasting machine parts are introduced as follows:

1. Use clean furnace charges and various ferroalloys.

2. Select high-quality refractory furnace lining materials.

3. During the melting process, measures for precipitation deoxidation and final deoxidation should be adopted and strengthened.

4. During the melting process, multiple slag-making and multiple slag stripping process measures are adopted and strengthened.

5. Strengthen the primary deterioration process in the furnace and the secondary deterioration process in the ladle.

6. Where conditions permit, off-furnace refining processes such as AOD and LF refining processes can be implemented.

7. In the casting process, a semi-closed gating system is adopted (i.e., the cross-sectional area of the direct gate is larger than that of the mold runner, and the total cross-sectional area of the inner gate is larger than that of the mold runner - which has a good slag blocking effect), and ceramic filter screens are added to the gating system, etc.

8. Use clean iron ladles and teapot ladles, and keep the iron ladles clean to reduce the content of oxygen (below 30ppm), hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases, as well as sulfides, oxides (FeO<0.5%), silicates and other inclusions (<0.5%) in the wear-resistant materials to the lowest level.
