Side Plug-in Dust Collector

With the continuous intensification of the state's efforts in environmental protection governance, the traditional simple dust removal equipment in the shot blasting machine and sandblasting room industries can no longer meet the requirements of the national environmental protection department. The FD series of side-insertion pulse reverse-blowing bag dust collectors developed by our company have successfully solved the environmental protection problems of industrial enterprises.

The FD type compressed air purification dust collector is a new type of bag-type dust collector developed on the basis of summarizing similar dust collector products at home and abroad. The filter is designed with a surface filtration structure and a horizontal filtration medium structure. This construction method enables a large filtering space to only require a small height, making it easy to access horizontally installed accessories and remove other accessories. Another advantage of surface filters is their multiple cleaning functions, which can be adjusted according to the filter medium. Compared with other filters, the filter medium has a long service life and requires less maintenance.

1. It adopts a single-layer box structure of unit combination, with six rows arranged on each floor. The layout is compact and the design selection is flexible and convenient.

2. It adopts side-insert flat bags, which are light in weight per piece, take up little space when changing bags, and the bag changing operation is extremely convenient, making it suitable for indoor installation.

3. It adopts compressed air pulse reverse blowing for ash cleaning, which features low energy consumption and excellent ash cleaning effect. It overcomes the common problems of other forms of ash cleaning mechanisms, such as numerous switching valves, large air leakage, complex structure, inadequate switching, and air flow cross-flow and short circuit.

4. The bag openings of the filter bags are made of special fiber materials, which are highly elastic and strong, providing excellent dust isolation and sealing performance between the dust removal chamber and the cleaning chamber.

The FD type compressed air purification dust collector is composed of a filter chamber, a cleaning chamber, a ash hopper, air intake and exhaust ports, an ash discharge valve, a pulse flying mechanism, as well as a platform and a ladder, etc.

The dust-laden air flow enters the top air inlet of the side-insert bag filter and flows downward through the gaps between the filter chambers and bags. Large particles of dust sink into the ash hopper along with the descending air flow, while small particles are retained by the filter bags. The purified air passes through the bag walls and the holes of the flower plates to gather in the clean chamber, then flows into the rotary ash discharge valve from the bottom and is finally discharged through the exhaust port to the main fan, completing the filtration process. As the filtration process progresses, the dust on the surface of the filter bags increases and the resistance rises. When the control upper limit is reached, the pulse cleaning mechanism is activated to blow and clean the filter bags until the resistance of the filter bags drops to the control lower limit. The cleaning mechanism then stops. The FD series dust collectors select various needled felt filter materials based on the working conditions of the dust to be treated. The operating resistance of equipment with different filter materials ranges from 1000 to 1500Pa. The emission concentration of the equipment is 10 to 60mg/m ³
