The pressure difference controller installed in the filter cartridge dust collector housing can effectively detect the pressure difference of the dust collector. When the pressure difference reaches the specified value, the pulse backblowing system begins to work, blow away the dust on the filter cartridge, reduce the pressure difference, and prevent the explosion from occurring if the pressure difference is too large.The temperature controller installed in the filter cartridge dust collector housing detects the temperature in the chamber in real time. When the specified temperature value is reached, it will automatically shut down to prevent combustion and explosion from occurring at too high temperature.
The dust collector housing is equipped with a explosion relief device, and a one-way explosion-proof device is installed on the air inlet duct. An explosion occurs in the extreme state. The explosion-proof device can quickly leak out the high-pressure gas generated by the explosion in the chamber chamber. At the same time, the one-way explosion-proof valve of the air inlet duct blocks the high-pressure gas from diffusion into the shot blasting cleaning room to prevent explosion in the shot blasting cleaning room. The dust collector's dust collector is equipped with a calcium carbonate (CaCO3) fire extinguishing device. Under the extreme case, an open fire occurs in the dust collector, and the temperature detector will alarm and spray calcium carbonate to extinguish the fire.
Explosion relief devices, one-way explosion-proof devices, and calcium carbonate fire extinguishing devices will only work under extreme circumstances.
