1. Thorough surface cleaning, meeting the standard for anti-corrosion coating
Remove the oxide scale, black scale, and rolling impurities generated during stretching and heat treatment of the gas cylinder. Remove the factory rust, old bottle refurbishment of old paint, welding slag, and oil stains adhering to the surface;
After treatment, the surface cleanliness reaches Sa2.0 to Sa2.5 (National Standard GB8923), presenting a uniform metal color, with no residual impurities in any corner;
The roller track drives the gas cylinder to rotate at a constant speed + move in a straight line. Multiple shot blasting devices project at multiple angles, covering the cylinder's 360° surface, with no cleaning blind spots at the neck, shoulder, and bottom of the bottle.

Steel seamless gas cylinders have a large amount of residual tensile stress after heat stamping, stretching, and quenching. Long-term use is prone to stress corrosion cracking and fatigue cracks:
High-speed steel shot continuously impacts the cylinder wall, forming a uniform compressive stress layer on the surface, counteracting the internal residual tensile stress;

During regular inspection and renewal of gas cylinders, old anti-corrosion paint and rust layers are removed at one time, restoring the metal substrate, completing the refurbishment pre-treatment, replacing manual grinding and acid washing processes.
