Working Principle of the Shot Blasting Machine for Fire Extinguisher Inner Walls and Gas Cylinder Inner Cavities:
The fire extinguisher is horizontally positioned on the feeding frame of the shot blasting machine designed for gas cylinder inner walls. Placement at the shot blasting cleaning station is achieved either manually or via robotic assistance. The positioning cylinder descends, and the self-rotating device engages with the fire extinguisher. Driven by the motion mechanism of the spray gun, the spray gun travels horizontally along a track into the interior of the fire cylinder. During this process, the spray gun performs shot blasting while the self-rotating mechanism of the fire cylinder activates. Once the spray gun completes its movement inside the fire cylinder, the shot blasting operation ceases. Subsequently, the spray gun emits high-pressure gas to remove residual shot and adhered dust from within the fire cylinder. The spray gun is then retracted from the inner wall of the fire cylinder, completing the cleaning of the cylinder body. Finally, the positioning cylinder lifts and disengages from the workpiece, allowing the fire cylinder to be unloaded either manually or robotically. Throughout the entire working process, the dust generated is treated and discharged through the dust removal system integrated into the fire cylinder inner wall cleaning machine, ensuring compliance with environmental protection standards.
