Working principle of rubber crawler shot blasting machine
In the cleaning room, use a feeding mechanism to add no more than the specified number of workpieces. After the machine is started, the workpiece is turned over by the rubber track. At the same time, the high-speed projectile thrown by the shot blaster forms a projectile bundle, which evenly hits the workpiece surface, so that the workpiece is cleaned. After the shot blasting is cleaned, the workpiece can be unloaded from the drum to the discharge mechanism by reversing the track, so the machine is particularly suitable for integration into an automated production line.
The thrown projectiles and sand particles flow into the steel plate mesh at the bottom through small holes on the rubber track, and are sent into the hoist through a screw conveyor, and then separated into the separator. The dust is sucked by the fan and sent to the dust collector for filtering. The cleaning air is discharged into the atmosphere. The dust on the dust collector bag is sprayed back to the dust collector box at the bottom of the dust collector. The user can remove it regularly, and the waste sand flows out from the waste pipe for reuse. The pellet sand mixture is retracted from the reuse tube and entered the chamber body. After the separator is separated, the clean projectile enters the shot blaster and throws the workpiece again through the electromagnetic spray gate of the pill supply system.
