Working principle of bottle valve loading and unloading machine
The cylinder valve loading and unloading machine is a specialized equipment for loading and unloading various gas cylinder valves. The equipment is equipped with a lifting adjustment device that can adjust the height according to the diameter of the high-pressure gas cylinder to ensure that the centers of gas cylinders of different diameters are consistent. First, manually install the cylinder valve on the steel cylinder. Then, it is conveyed to the upper valve machine's sliding roller conveyor via your company's logistics line. The sliding cylinder moves forward to a position close to the upper valve chuck and aligns the chuck's notch with the cylinder valve. The pressing cylinder presses the steel cylinder, and the forward rotation switch is turned on. The cycloidal pinwheel reducer and torque sensor work. Once the torque value specified in the product process is reached, the reducer automatically stops. Then, open the solenoid valves of the compression cylinder and the translation cylinder respectively. The translation cylinder will retract and the unloading cylinder will flip and unload the materials to the next logistics line of your company.
It is equipped with a manual single-action function and an emergency stop switch to achieve emergency shutdown. The working status is all indicated by corresponding indicator lights.
