Cylinder Inner Wall Drying System
Operation Procedures:

1. Upon completion of the gas cylinder's air tightness test and subsequent water release, allow the cylinder to stand upright with its mouth facing downward for a period of time. This ensures that all residual water inside the cylinder is completely drained.
2. Position the cylinder with its mouth facing downward on the drying rack of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, or steel cylinder drying machine. Insert the metal tube approximately 150mm from the bottom of the cylinder and connect it to the gas delivery pipe.
3. Connect the power supply for the blower and the electric heating furnace of the gas cylinder dryer, steel cylinder dryer, and steel cylinder drying machine. The blower delivers hot air from the electric heating furnace into the cylinder. The thermometer on the auxiliary gas pipe allows for real-time monitoring of the temperature, which is typically maintained at 70-75°C.
4. If the temperature exceeds the desired range, disconnect the power supply of the heating furnace. Allow the temperature to decrease before reconnecting the power. Each batch of gas cylinders requires approximately 20 to 30 minutes for complete drying.
5. After removing the cylinders from the drying rack, use an endoscope to inspect the drying condition from the cylinder mouth. Once confirmed as fully dry, reinstall the cylinder valves.
