The bottom plate of the swing bed has a shot leakage hole, and the steel balls trapped in the workpiece cavity can automatically leak out, reducing the chance of the shot material being trapped in the workpiece cavity and carried out of the equipment.
The cleaning cycle is stable, and the process is highly controllable.
Intermittent batch mode, PLC sets the duration and swing frequency of each batch shot peening; the surface quality of the same batch of workpieces is highly consistent, suitable for stable production of batch castings.

There are no moving transmission components in the shot peening room, resulting in significantly lower failure rate.
The track-type room has tracks and drive chains, prone to sand clogging, workpiece clogging, and chain breakage.
The swing bed only has an external swing mechanism, and there are no chains or rollers in the internal cleaning chamber, eliminating clogging and entanglement faults, and significantly reducing maintenance workload.

The swing bed inner lining uses high-manganese wear-resistant steel plate, which wears evenly; there is no problem of frequent replacement of rubber / metal tracks for the track-type.
When combined with a magnetic separation separator, the circulating shot material impurities are continuously purified, further reducing the wear of the shot peening equipment and guard plates.
It can be arranged without a pit, with less civil engineering investment.

Not suitable for workpieces that are difficult to roll.
The initial purchase price of this equipment is higher than that of ordinary crawler-type shot blasting machines;
Very small and thin sheet-like workpieces are prone to getting stuck in the gaps of the swinging bed, so the structure of the workpieces needs to be evaluated in advance.
