02 Basic Structure
Shot blasting machine
The core component, through the high-speed rotating impeller, accelerates and throws out the steel shot, forming a dense shot flow that impacts the surface of the steel plate. Conveying system
Responsible for the entry, exit and transportation of steel plates. Common forms include roller conveyor and hook conveyor, etc., to ensure that the steel plates are evenly shot.
Projectile circulation system
It includes shot collection, separation, lifting and supply devices to achieve the recycling, screening (separation of impurities and substandard shot) and reuse of steel shot.
Dust removal system: Through equipment such as fans and filter cartridges, it collects and processes the dust generated during the cleaning process, reducing environmental pollution and protecting the health of operators.
03 Workflow
The steel plate enters the shot blasting chamber through the conveying system.
When the shot blasting machine starts, the high-speed steel shot continuously impacts the surface of the steel plate, completing the cleaning or strengthening.
The treated steel plates are sent out of the shot blasting chamber by the conveying system
After being recycled and screened by the circulation system, the shot is sent back to the shot blasting machine for recycling, while the dust removal system works simultaneously.
