Classification of Suspension Chain Shot Blasting Machines
Suspension chain shot blasting machines are mainly divided into the following three categories based on the conveying and operation mode of the workpiece, in order to adapt to different production cycles and workpiece requirements:
Q38 series: continuous shot blasting machine
Job characteristics: The workpiece passes continuously and uniformly through the shot blasting chamber, completing cleaning during the process of movement. The entire line runs continuously.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for large quantities, small and medium-sized workpieces with relatively simple shapes, usually linked with automated spraying lines to form a streamlined operation.
Q48 series: Step by Step Shot Blasting Machine
Job characteristics: Adopting a "stop and go" mode. After the workpieces are grouped (usually 3-5 hooks per group) and sent to the shot blasting room, they are paused. After the fixed-point cleaning is completed, the next group enters.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for workpieces with complex shapes and high cleaning requirements, such as engine cylinder blocks, motor housings, etc. It can achieve workpiece rotation at designated workstations, ensuring no blind spots for cleaning.
Q58 series: Stacking chain shot blasting machine
Job characteristics: Intelligent accumulation. When the workpiece arrives at the door of the shot blasting room, if there are workpieces in the room, the queue will automatically pause (accumulate); Automatically enter after the indoor space is cleared.
Applicable scenarios: Suitable for multi variety mixed line production or scenarios with large differences in workpiece volume and weight, with caching function and high production efficiency.
Selection suggestions
Efficiency evaluation: Pursuing ultimate efficiency and single workpiece, choose Q38 continuous type; If the production bottleneck is in the cleaning process, choose Q48 step-by-step method (more thorough cleaning).
Viewing workpieces: For workpieces that are afraid of collision or have complex shapes, priority should be given to step-by-step (fixed-point rotation); Simple structural components can be selected as continuous ones.
Look at the layout: Although the stacked type (Q58) has a higher cost, it can solve the problem of "material blockage" in the production line and is suitable for the entire line with a high degree of automation.
